A concise, reproducible report is the fastest way to show what needs attention.
What to include
Share the exact page URL, what you expected, what happened, the relevant sentence or control, and a reliable source or reproduction step when available.
Choose the issue type
Identify whether the issue is factual, accessibility-related, technical, privacy-related, a broken link, a disclosure concern or another clear category.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, API keys, payment details, government identifiers, medical records or private documents.
Send the report
Use the Contact page and begin the message with “Issue report”. If an email is involved, include only the sender, subject and approximate time—never the message’s private access link.
Review limits
A report may lead to a correction, clarification, technical repair or no change when the evidence does not support one. No particular response time or outcome is guaranteed.
