Sponsorship Policy

Part of The Guru Digital Ecosystem

Commercial support must be visible enough for a reader to understand when money, products or another benefit may influence the context of a page.

Clear labels

Sponsored content, paid placements and gifted access must be labeled in plain language near the relevant material. A general footer alone is not sufficient for a material relationship.

Editorial separation

A sponsor may define the commercial brief, but it must not require false claims, hidden limitations, fabricated proof or the removal of a material criticism.

Affiliate links

An affiliate link may produce compensation if a reader completes an action. The presence or absence of a commission must not be presented as independent proof of quality. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

Evidence

Testimonials, performance figures, popularity and scarcity claims require genuine, current evidence supplied or verifiable for the specific claim.

Reader choice

Disclosures should appear before or close to the decision they affect. Optional commercial offers must not obstruct access to promised free resources.
